30 Minute massage - This type of massage is mostly used for working through tight muscles or an injury.  SPORTZbizz also does lower or upper body flushes which is needed after a hard workout or race and want to come back quickly.   $40

60 Minute Massage - Our 60 Minute Massage is generally therapeutic combining deep tissue, trigger point, stretching, and even some swedish.  I don't believe that the entire massage has to be painful to provide relief.  My motto is "Appropriate pain for Maximum gain".     $75
90 Minute Massage - I believe this is actually the best massage that you should get.  With a full 90 minutes we can take care of some of the minor issues that keeps us from maintaining peak performance plus get an overall full body massage.  I am offering 90 minutes for $90 as a special for the next few months and it can not be separated.  A $10 dollar savings!   $90
120 Minute Massage -  Only one thing better than 90 minutes is 120 minutes but most people really get bored after about 90 minutes but on occasion I will do a full 2 hours.  We spend a lot more time on the entire body and also make sure all the injuries or tightness has been addressed.   $145
Three 60 Minute Massages - These can be split into 30, 60, and 90 minutes massages.  This is a savings of $25 over the regular price.   $200
